Holiday Decorating at Denver Botanic Gardens

On November 14, seventeen Garden Club of Denver volunteers helped decorate the Romantic Garden at Denver Botanic Gardens. Club members kept the annual festive tradition alive as they filled pots with evergreens, dried flowers and branches.

“Thirty years ago, we started decorating the holiday tree at the DBG crossroads,” said club member and event organizer Linda Z. “After a few years, we changed to decorating the Romantic Garden so that visitors during the day and at night during Blossoms of Light event could enjoy that area.”

Special thanks go to Bonnie G. who brought greens and to DBG employee Loddie who accompanied Linda to Grand Lake to gather small evergreen trees and branches.
